Ambient Spas and Your Leisure were selling premium hot tubs, saunas, pools and swim spas, but the branding did not match the price tag. We rebuilt the identity for both businesses so they linked properly, then backed it up with new websites, marketing plans, materials and ads. The aim was to look premium, feel friendly, and turn more visits into solid enquiries.
Making it friendly but still properly premium
They had started with a free logo maker, which is fine until you are trying to sell high value products. It just did not feel trustworthy enough. We created a new logo and brand system that felt warm and approachable, but still high end. We then carried that look across the websites so everything felt consistent, from the homepage through to product and service pages. On top of that we mapped out marketing activity, created supporting materials, and built ads that matched the new brand instead of fighting against it.
The new branding gave both businesses a stronger first impression straight away. The websites made it easier for people to understand the offer, trust the company, and take action. That translated into more web enquiries. We also pushed SEO in the right places and got them to number one on the key terms we agreed to target. It is now a setup that looks premium, performs better, and gives them room to grow without having to rebuild everything again.
