The main challenge was building a directory style site that felt clean and easy, even with lots of moving parts behind the scenes. It had to work for practitioners and visitors without feeling clunky.
We started by tightening up the brand so it felt professional and trustworthy in a healthcare space. Then we planned the site structure around real user journeys. Find a practitioner, understand the approach, and take the next step. The build was fully customised so the system fits the business, not the other way round.

The new branding gives them a clear, consistent look. The website gives them a directory that is easy for people to navigate and easy for the team to manage.
It is now set up to scale as the directory grows, without needing a rebuild every time they add more practitioners.
