Is email included?
Yes. Starter includes up to 3 accounts; Business up to 10. Need more? We can provision scalable email or integrate with Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
Can you host eCommerce?
Yes. We support WooCommerce, Shopify (headless), and other popular setups. We’ll size your plan accordingly.
What counts as “managed updates”?
We apply CMS, theme, and plugin updates; test core functionality after major updates; and roll back if issues occur.
How do backups work?
Daily off‑site backups with point‑in‑time restore. Premium includes 30‑day retention by default (longer retention available).
Do you help with domains and DNS?
Absolutely. We can register/transfer your domain and manage DNS for reliability and fast propagation.
Is there a contract?
Monthly rolling. Annual billing available with a discount on request. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
Are there usage limits?
Fair‑use applies to bandwidth and CPU. We’ll advise if you start to outgrow your plan and suggest upgrades before performance is impacted.
